Everything was amazing with one glaring exception. The attempt to sell me a membership in the Omni Vacation Club was horrible. Here is my review. Being located in the very heart of cancun, about 5 minutes on foot from mayan archaeological museum of cancun, the 5-star wyndham grand cancun all inclusive. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - we recommend it. Very clean, modern and comfortable, nicely decorated. We upgraded to a villa with ocean view and were happy.

The other main hub on the property is the pool area, where three separate pool areas are situated on different tiers. Even if you are not interested in the villas, the ordinary rooms are well-appointed and the marble bathtubs are a nice touch. Adults who want to take advantage of the babysitting service can head down to Lobby Bar in the evenings, a cozy and colorful space with a Martini menu and live music. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, MP3 clock radios, coffeemakers, and minibars stocked with a couple of beers and non-alcoholic drinks, all free.
